Mental Health Therapy in Wimborne

My name is Natalie, your partner in therapy.

I hold a UKCP and BACP approved Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from (BCPC).

I know from my own experience that reaching out to get the support you need can be extremely hard, but I want you to know that you're not alone. I see each individual as unique and therefore take a holistic approach towards our work together, drawing on various approaches within psychotherapy to best support you.

Experience

I have worked with a wide range of adults and gained experience in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, bereavement, physical health issues, physical and sexual abuse, ADHD and autism.

Previous to my training in Psychotherapy I worked for 20 years as a teacher, specialising in sensory needs.

I have worked alongside various outside agencies, social workers, educational psychologists and other professionals to best support those in my care and their families. It is this background and my deep desire to help others that has led me to this new line of work.

I have volunteered with the charity Dorset MIND as a befriender.

I have worked as a trainee therapist with Therapy Partners where I worked for 18 months.
